RIP shoes....I said I'd be surprised if they lasted him the summer, but they didn't even last a month. Pretty disappointed with the quality 😒 Purchased for my son, in-store, on May 14, 2018, 2nd photo taken yesterday. The difference between photos is (not even) 15(!) days...his $5 Walmart ones last longer. Unfortunately I thought they'd last so I tossed the receipt. If I had it, they would have been back at the store already. Too bad because they worked perfectly for him - easy on/off. Afraid this will be the last time we purchase Toms.
I love TOMS and buy multiple pairs a year, i have bought 9 prs in 6 months to be exact. When I just had a defect with a pair that I bought in November and had to put away until a month ago bc of where I live and Winter, TOMS told me flat out, they would do nothing for me bc i purchased them 191 days ago. I understand policies and I normally am not upset, however, they were worn 3 times and are ruined.....i have other toms this exact style and have worn them for 3 yrs with no issues. Very disappointed that i will be parting ways with TOMS. Truly loved the shoes!!
